Sandy’s songwriting started when…

her healing challenge was in progress after giving birth to her daughter, and was also challenged to homeschool her child while still in full recovery. The separation from her family was another added trial to her challenge. Then God became both her mom and dad, her strength, and her biggest supporter which led to her songwriting. Sandy Florence Music Ministry began in 2007, and launched on Christian country stations across the U.S. Sandy’s music was played on medium to high rotation. She never toured since family came first over ministry, and her physical recovery was also a priority. She recorded a number of live performances from home, and did local performances. Sandy suffered from a weak diaphragm due to pinched nerves that would at times cause breathing problems and physical debilitation. But the more she sang for the Lord, the more she healed; and with the help of reputable doctors, she succeeded her mission.
